Beacon Communities Investments LLC (“BCI”) acquires and arranges debt and equity funding for investments in multifamily real estate. BCI serves as the Investment Manager of Beacon Communities’ real estate investment funds. These funds are investment vehicles established to identify and invest in existing multifamily rental properties where additional value can be created by utilizing Beacon’s specialized experience, expertise and knowledge. The geographic focus is in the New England and Mid‑Atlantic regions of the United States, where our expertise is presently concentrated, but investment opportunities in other markets which emerge through Beacon Communities’ extensive industry relationships may also be pursued.
